Different Jillian Michaels Workout Everyday

Has anyone ever tried to do a different Jillian Michaels workout everyday for 30 days? I have 30 Day Shred, Shred it with Weights, BFBM, NMTZ, Yoga Meltdown, 6 week Six Pack, and Ripped in 30. I am going to do a different workout each day for 20 minutes. Ill increase my time for BFBM and NMTZ until I can get through the entire thing.

If you have tried this, what are your results? I get bored easily and this will help a lot!

    That's similar to what I do only I also fit in some Taebo and Tamilee Webb workouts too that I like. I really like the alternating because them I'm always doing something new. It takes me about 2 weeks to go through all my workouts before I'm repeating. It keeps it fresh and it's still challenging.

    Exactly! I like things to stay fresh. Ill try it for a month to see what happens.

    I have a lot of Jillians workouts also. I don't have the Shred it with Weights workout, but have all the others that you have listed. I also have her Biggest Winner, and Last Chance workouts. This is what I'm going to be doing for the next five weeks starting on Monday. I have her new workout Killer Buns & Thighs on pre-order at Amazon. From what I understand she has a workout called Extreme Shred coming out in December also. That one sounds like it will be on the order of BFBM. I need to have variety, and have found out recently that Jillians workouts are what my body needs right now. :wink: Must be all the core work she does that helps with the midsection of my body.

    I love Jillian workouts too :) I heard about Jillian's 30 day slim down and that's sort of what I am trying now it combines 30DS, NMTZ and BBFM. However I don't have NMTZ, I couldn't find in the stores so I bought online and thought I would have gotten it this week but apparently its going to take another week or 2 :( by then I will be almost done LOL cause I couldn't resist starting I needed to do something. So right now I am subbing NMTZ for more BBFM and on some days I am adding in 6w6p :)This is my first week so no real results yet but I'm loving the change up cause I get bored easily as well. Plus this workout was designed by Jillian.

    I like this ideal nd also bfbm isnt too bad I made it thru the whole thing second time I did it
