Im starting my weight loss journey. Im at 167 and would like to be at 140. Please if anyone has any tips...fill free to share.

    I was 161. I started exercising... and did multiple things but Turbofire, logging my food and Shakeology helped me get down to 130 and stay there for the last 6 months. Find an exercise routine you like, eat healthy and log what you eat. It works!!!

    Alright...IM NOT GOING DOWN!! I quit smoking about a month ago and since then, the LBS are packing on! BLEGH!!!
