Hi guys!

Started at 228 about 4 weeks ago. Down to 220 today. Plans are to loose 38lbs of fat and put on at least 10 lbs of muscle. Target weight is a solid 200 and would like to get my BMI down from 26.3% to 16%.

It's good to see others out there loosing weight and getting in shape. Helps keep me motivated!
