I just found this app and like looks like a great tool. I've been able to keep 42 of my 60lb weight loss, but I hope with this tool I can return to my goal.

I also just found this app! its great for me because I have never known or tried to count calories.. its just been fat and carbs.. question though: are there options for pregnancy and breastfeeding?!0

I think some other people add 300 calories to their daily goal at the end of their 2nd Trimester and the same goes for breastfeeding. You don't need to add the calories during the first trimester, though you don't need to be in "weightloss" mode in the 1st trimester. If you are heavier, they recommend not adding the calories until the 3rd trimester.0
