Ok...I have a desk job on campus, but this semester they switched some things around so now 2 days a week i'm lifting tables and chairs during a 3 hour shift. my activity level is sedentary because i'm a student and usually sitting around all day in class or at work, so should i log those hours? i was thinking about logging it as an hour of strength training...i don't want to change my activity level because it's only twice a week...

input please :)

yeah, i would log it since you have your settings to sedentary
but i wouldn't log it as the entire three hours.. just the 1 hour like you said! just to make up for margin of error.. and you get bonus :) LOL

If it's leaving you slightly (or very breathless) and maybe even breaking sweat (albeit a litlle feminine glow  ) then it's be worth checking how many calories you are actually burning.

But perhaps not count these calories against your net calorie count.... just a wee suggestion

Stuff like that, I don't log it because I see it as an added calorie burn that I won't notice (as in, I won't be tempted to eat those calories back). I only log actual exercise.
