need ideas for healthy liquid calories!

My doctor has put me on a liquid diet due to complications I am having from surgery I had on my stomach early last year. He said, "stick with clear liquids that are nutritious".

What exactly does that amount to? I'm drinking water and chicken broth but not getting anywhere near enough calories! Also...where's the nutrition in that??

Skim milk isn't a clear liquid but I'm considering adding it into my diet anyway.

Any suggestions for me so that I can get enough calories? I cannot have anything even remotely fibrous so please bear that in mind. Very acidic liquids are also a no-no.

Help! :(
