I am completely fed up with my waist line growing. After several failed gym membership attempts, I put on my running shoes and went OUTSIDE for a 45 minute walk/jog. A Wog? Anyway, why was I spending money I didn't have, on gyms I barely used, when I could have been using the great outdoors? I would spend (what seemed like) hours walking uphill on the treadmill, when the neighborhood I live in is littered with hills! (I can already feel it in my butt!) Followed by some step ups on the stairs of my apartment complex (who needs a stair master!?)
I am re-starting my journey at 5'8 and 180 lbs. My goal weight is to be between 150 and 160 by next May. I'm obviously not the best self motivator, so I hope I'm better at it this time around!

Good for you! I really enjoy wogging (love that word) outside too. It's hard with the 100+ temps we've been having, but I much prefer it a treadmill any day.
YOU CAN TO THIS!!!!0 -
That is a totally doable goal. Welcome and good luck!0
