HEYY!!!!
I am fairly new here and i am looking for all the ppl i can to help me in any way posible on my journey to a healthier life style. i know some things but i love to learn about fitness and what does this and that and why not to or you should. im really struggling this time with losing this weight. My time schedule is so different and i dont sleep well so im always tired. I am always hungry whn i get home from work inbtwn 10:30pm-1:00am. i think im wrong to eat but i read somewhere tht your body burns calories the same whn you sleep and tht basically if its something your body is used to it can handle it. im not exercising like i used to. My diet is stupid because if im working 9 times out of ten im not breaking pace for food. i know right...wrong wRoNg WRONG!!! i wanna get right i just need time management, sleep and all your ideas lol. view my blogs for other info.
