It's 7:09 p.m. and I have over 1200 calories left and should eat 188 more carbs today. Crazy!

    on a day when you know you will be burning a lot of calories, plan to consume a bit extra with each meal, maybe a protein bar or two, so that this doesn't happen.

    Your weightloss will work best if you eat the proper amount of calories. That being said, if you can't eat the rest today, eat extra tomorrow -- better to reconcile within 24 hours,

    I hear ya! I still have 1,400 left for the night! I burned over 1,000 in exercise today though.

    When I look at your diary you haven't logged dinner. Add that (with some protein) and you'll be much closer. Maybe add a protein shake after your workouts to keep your cals up.

    Oh, I haven't had dinner yet. I'll probably get close to the calories by having wine with dinner. But no way can I get that many more carbs since I don't eat sweets.

    I'm usually over on protein. I had milk after my workout. I'm not going to sweat it. Sometimes I obsess about it but now it's just getting comical.
