I went to Alaska for a week vacation. (Still there but waiting for a bus to the airport) and I got thinking of all the nvs that I had this week: I hiked 2mountains and was the first one up both with backpacks that had not only mine but my friends water in it- one was in a downpour so we were soaked and my pants kept falling down because they were too big and heavy. I went horseback riding and had less fear that I was hurting the horse from my weight. Went kayaking and the guide said I was a "strong" paddler. A cashier checked my id and went "whoooaa u lost weight." I had to tighten a the airplane seatbelts. I watched my friend eat rollos-fudge-mnm's- the entire trip and did not eat candy.

Needless to say it was one of the best trips ever and I do not known I'd I could have done it this time last year. I am a little nervous to see the scale when I get home but it was worth it and I will get back on track again. I tried to be good but every once and a while I reminded myself I was on vacation. :)

You took my dream vacation and did everything I want to do :) So excited to hear about it! I have also lost 54 lbs but have a lot more to lose before I'm ready to book my Alaskan vacation. Congrats on so much activity and keeping an eye on your eating at the same time. It is vacation, and it sounds like you enjoyed it, but not overboard. I'm sure you'll be back to continued good habits in no time!

I am happy to report that I did not gain weight while on vaca! I weighed in this morning and was the same when I left! This makes me happy!!!

    ... now back on track!
