Change of lifestyle - Sedentary to Active

Now that I have been working out almost daily for about 2 months. Is it okay to change my sedentary lifestyle to active? What does that do to the overall mfp plan? My starting calroies have not changed from 1200.

    I would not. Your lifestyle is what you do all day. Your excercise is your excercise. I would not count it unless you spend most of your day or 3-4 hours a day working out. I have made that mistake before and gained weight.
