Calories!

So I have 767 calories left for the day, and one meal to go (dinner) - and I haven't even done the zumba class I was planning to do tonight yet. How am I possibly meant to eat back all those calories in a 'good' way?? Ahhhh!

    nuts, nut butters, avocado, opt for full-fat versions of products IE whole milk instead of skim, full-fat salad dressings instead of the lite, full-fat (and flavour) miracle whip instead of the imposter lites. If you eat eggs eat the whole thing not just the white (come on the whole dietary cholesterol thing was given up in the 80's, same as fat being the scape-goat of the 90's and as carbs are bad for the 20Oughts...)
  • I keep a can of raw almonds in the freezer for times when I realize I can't eat all my calories in a healthy way, it comes in handy!

    If you are full and you have left over calories that is a good thing. There is no need to stress about eating more. YOU WILL NOT GO INTO STARVATION MODE. I promise, despite everything everybody says on here.

    Have pasta for dinner with olive oil in there. Drink some fruit juice, milk, have a snack. You dont need to eat like a mouse when you are doing Zumba you also dont have to eat ever calorie back.
