I've been on myfitnesspal for about 14 months and have lost 52 pounds, but I also reached a bigger goal today. I just realized that at my highest weight I was exactly 100 pounds heavier. I yo-yoed up and down over the years, but have been steadily losing since I started on the website, and even-though I have more to go this kinda helps give me an extra boost to keep going.
