I've been over my daily fat needs these past few days although I still pretty much stay under my calorie goal. The fats come mostly from salmons & olive oil from my salad dressings, not from the bad sources. Is it alright to be over the fat goal while still staying on total daily calorie goal?

It is all about calories in calories out so if you stay within your calorie goal, it should be ok. But olive oil has a lot of calories(plus not healthy). Maybe you could cut back on that and enjoy a more full snack that would equal the same amount of calories? Just a sugestion0

Olive oil is VERY healthy for you as long as you don't use it for cooking.0 -
Oh ok well I will only eat it for dressing. Thanks for that0
