Hi i'm Shaun,
I'm new to this, found the website with work colleagues and find it quite interesting and clever.
I'm back into my gym now after a bad injury and after putting on stupid weight because on it.
Also because i moved in with my fiancé settled down and also became a father.
I don’t want to sound big headed when I say the reflection of perfection that was a old joke with friends when i was in my best shape, obviously now because i have lost that shape. It's the second coming I WANT IT BACK BUT BETTER!!!
Basically i'm 24 now, when I was 16 I was nearly 18 stone FAT , I got down to 12 and half stone, then at the age of about 20 I was around the 14 stone mark but looked really good for it. Obviously muscles weigh more then fat!!
I'm now 17 stone the good news is i still have lots of muscle so the job wont be as hard as when i was 16. I'm very intense at the gym and a very good trainer. I have some crazy but brilliant work out routines. So i'm willing to give advice and also listen to advice. Take a look at my profile pictures that’s me at my best the picture of me in my green vest was in 2008! 2 months later I ripped my peck muscle WAS MY MISTAKE nothing to do with my diet.
I look forward to hearing from you....
Kind Regards,
Shaun
