Four weeks done

I joined myfitnesspal 4 weeks ago, I didn't introduce myself or say anything to anyone as I have joined numerous slimming clubs and have always felt that I was on a "diet", lost weight then put it plus more weight back on. I cannot express how good I feel 4 weeks down the line, not only have I already lost 15lbs but I have also lost inches and I don't feel that I am on a diet because nothing is banned it is just better choices and realising portion control. I feel I am much more in control of what I eat and not once in the 4 weeks have I felt really hungry. The best thing of all is people actually noticing I look different which gives you a boost. I do have a lot of weight to lose but I know by keeping track of what I consume and with the help of myfitnesspal and its members I will get there - here's to the next 15lbs:)
