I only lose count if I get pretty drunk, in which case I just don't log that day/don't take it into consideration because I'll never know what number is closest. Better to just know "I had a lot" or "I had a bit" and work it off the next day0

It's been many moons since I have been too drunk to keep count LOL!!
I tend to stick to vodka & diet coke too (singles though) pub measures never get me pi55ed so I can keep track!0 -
Plan before hand. Last time I went out I told myself I would only have 4 vodka diet cokes and I did. Because I knew how much money I had to spend and how much of a light weight I am I knew that would be enough for me
Didnt plan for the chips and cheese afterwards though......0 -

Haha! Weed munchies is a huge stereotype, but I never learned about drunk munchies until it was too late.

maybe put pen marks on your wrist? or take shots before you go out, keep track of those, and then have a couple of drinks at the bar!0
