I served this with wild rice and mushrooms and it tasted so good!0

i wonder if this would be good with chicken since i don't eat seafood. the flavoring sounds really good!0

I am sure it would be fine. It tastes amazing! I thought I was eating at a restaurant They say in the recipe to heat the left over marinade with some white wine and make a glaze to pour over. I didn't do that.0

Do you think it would taste as good with shrimp, or a different kind of fish? I want to have my dad and my brothers and sister over for dinner at my house before Christmas and I was looking for a good recipe. I already got the rib roast and needed something to go with it.0 -
I'm not sure about the shrimp. I know most people do some kind of garlic butter rub and that usually tastes real good with shrimp but you could def. try this recipe and see if it works.0
