So I started this all about 215 lbs, and set a mini goal as sub 210 by end of august. I smashed it and got 209 by 18th august. I've been invited to LA for middle of November for a wedding, so long way to come from England. But I was thinking what a great motivator, try and get my beach bod in 3 months. Fingers crossed, prob not realistic, but damnit I'm gonna try!

    Way to go!
I know you will have a terrific time in LA. The weather will be beautiful and its such a high energy city. However much weight you shed, you can't help but have fun. You have time before you go to think about and plan how to indulge and still not lose your momentum on your weight loss. Vacations are a balancing act, but you can do it.

My plans are maintenance. I'm not lsoing weight by cutting off things I really love anymore, I feel like I'm on a lifestyle change, once I hit my goal weight I imagine I'll just continue to try and be healthy, incoprorating the lessons I have learnt over those months.
