    I have a sandwich:

    2 egg whites
2 slices of Sara Lee Low Cal bread
    2 pieces of turkey bacon
    190 calories

That keeps me full until lunch, but lunch is only 3 hours away for me. How long do you go from one meal to the next?

PROTEIN! It's your friend. :) I usually have a double fiber honey wheat English muffin (or multi-grain waffle) toasted with natural PB, honey, and cinnamon. Delicious and keeps me full for several hours.

    A favorite morning smoothie/shake:

    1 cup fat-free or low-fat chocolate milk
    1 frozen banana
    1 scoop whey protein powder
    2 tbsp flaxseed
    2 tbsp wheat germ
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

    Blend and enjoy!

I take 2 eggs and spinach and or salsa, and make a breakfast burrito. You could add a couple of slices of deli ham or turkey sausage, or morningstar farms links. I also like to use the OLE' High Fiber wraps... get most of my daily fiber that way.

Also, subways breakfast sandwiches on flatbread are good. Buy as a combo with coffee for $3.

Peanut Butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat toast is another option.

I don't know if you are OK with non-traditional breakfast foods. I'll eat anything in the morning, lol. Lately I have been eating a slice of whole grain toast (homemade, I slice it on the thicker side) and spread one ounce of hummus on it. I haven't even been snacking in the mornings because it has kept me so full.
