Gross topic, but opinions needed

I had a bout with nausea yesterday and lost probably everything I'd eaten.
What should I do with the calories? Log 'em normally? Delete some or all?

My opinion? Don't worry about it either way. It's one day. You were sick. Just move on and don't worry about having a perfectly accurate log, because it's impossible to be perfectly accurate anyway. Write a note in your food diary that you were sick, and leave it at that.

I would leave them and make a note on your diary about what happened so you remember.

Like others have said, don't worry about it.

Obviously if it persists, see your doctor

  • Don't sweat the calculations today. You were sick, so take it easy. Your body was telling you something. If you are hungry eat some more, if you're not, don't. Going under on your calories on a day when you've been sick can't be good for you. Just log the rest of the day but worry too much if you're morning got screwed up a little.

I would be inclined to leave the calories in but take a note of what you ate etc so if it happens again you can identify a pattern.
