Day 3 - Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
Am I supposed to do both DVD's or pick one on this day? Thanks for any info!!

Both...do abs the same day as chest & back, shoulders & arms and legs & back. Good luck!0

do both of them. you can split them up and do one in the morning and other in evening. I usually end the day w/ Ab ripper x. Its really killer and i love it!! Feel the burn.0

I just got the P90X package and was looking it up on the exercises to figure out how to log them and when I put in p90x it didn't come back with anything? How do you log the workouts?0

Well that's the trouble. You can't accurately log it on here w/o a HRM (heart rate monitor) but at least you are logging something. I am hopefully getting one Friday for my bday :happy:0 -
I'm also doing P90X. You do the ab ripper x after every strength training like chest and back, arms and shoulders, etc. I do it right after the first video to get it done, I don't want to "get busy" and not do it later, plus your already in your workout clothes and hot and sweaty!0

You can go to beachbody.com they have workout sheets you can print off. Also I can tell you how many calories I burn doing the workouts if you want. At least it'll give you something to go off. I also just created my own exercise with P90X and put in what calories I burned, then adjust as needed.0
