Hi all! I am pretty new to fp so I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Lauren and I am using fp to try to maintain a healthy weight after a year of dieting and reaching my goal weight. My two biggest weaknesses are stress/boredom eating and overeating. I would love support from anyone who has motivatng tips!

You could start smoking. But seriously, half my calories are between meals because I get hypoglycemic otherwise. I eat a couple pieces of fruit a day, a cucumber with light dressing, turkey jerky, nuts, popcorn...0

I am totally a snackaholic. I can see now that I need to only have good snacks available....maybe even portion them out.....not have the whole bag at my fingertips. turkey jerky sounds good!0
