My BF and I were talking... we can't even remember when was the last time we went to Mc Donalds. I'm sure glad I don't eat fast food that often. About a month ago I had some Taco Bell Frenso menu tacos... that was the last fast food I had.

    This movie is horrifying.

However, one must remember that he was acting on an extreme--eating every single meal, and the unhealthy stuff too.

I do think the lawsuit the teenagers filed was stupid though, from a legal perspective as well as common sense one. Are you going to sue your drug dealer for making you into an addict?

Though in a way, McDonalds is the micro example of the crossroad of life. You can make good choices or bad ones. The bad ones are always advertised better, look better, and taste better at the time. The good ones have occasional moments of attention, but usually they're wedged in the back. And yeah, they probably won't taste as good immediately, but you get the benefits later. And ultimately, the trick is to find the tricks, the occasional moments when the roads cross. I.E, the reduced fat vanilla ice cream cone. 150 cals.

Ya, I agree! The lawsuit was kind of stupid... but so is the Tobacco lawsuits...they know its not good for you.

I've noticed that the healthier changes... once you get used to them and distance yourself from the bad stuff... soon the healthier things become as good as the old choices. I used to LOVE PEPSI (regular) now I think of Lipton's Diet Green Tea as tasting as good.

The sad thing is that there are actually people out there who eat out every meal.

I'll still have my quarter pounder when I've forgotten to make lunch and want something to eat.
