I have used up half of my daily calorie allotment at breakfast and I am STARVING!

What I normally do (not sure if it's right for everyone) is instead of eating a huge breakfast, I eat a little at breakfast, then snack between breakfast and lunch, eat a medium sized lunch, then snack between lunch and leaving work. Then, I sometimes eat an energy bar before going to the gym and after the gym, I eat dinner. Right before bed, I usually snack on grapes, pretzels or carrots.
Eating my way through the day usally helps me and it won't burn up calories if you are eating the right foods.0 -
open your food diary to public, to use half your daily cals for breakfast, you must be eating the wrong things0

if u have only eaten half then u still have half left... eat if you're hungry!0
