I am HUNGRY

I have used up half of my daily calorie allotment at breakfast and I am STARVING!

What now?!

    What I normally do (not sure if it's right for everyone) is instead of eating a huge breakfast, I eat a little at breakfast, then snack between breakfast and lunch, eat a medium sized lunch, then snack between lunch and leaving work. Then, I sometimes eat an energy bar before going to the gym and after the gym, I eat dinner. Right before bed, I usually snack on grapes, pretzels or carrots.

    Eating my way through the day usally helps me and it won't burn up calories if you are eating the right foods.

    open your food diary to public, to use half your daily cals for breakfast, you must be eating the wrong things

    if u have only eaten half then u still have half left... eat if you're hungry!
