sustainable nutrition goals

This so NOT a new topic, but I guess it is my turn to question. I dont know what has come over me, but I woke up this morning thinking I needed to adjust my auto nutrition goals (even though I have lost 20lbs in 60 days on MFP). I think I need to increase protein and decrease carbs. I know I am losing weight on the MFP percentages, but in real life I would prefer to eat less carbs and more protein, so I don't think this high carb diet is sustainable. Anyone with thoughts about this?

you have to do what works for you...
i have found that MFP ratios are a little low on protein (default setting of 15%), so i decreased my carbs slightly to increase the protein.0
