My name is Cathy and I am new here.

I have a big long term goal to lose 155 lbs.

Without trying to sound like a preacher... Set your goals realistically. Go for 10 lbs a month from here to eternity.... until you have reached your ultimate goal. That is where I started and over 5 months I have been able to beat the 10 lbs easily. Setting yourself up for success makes it easier to succeed.0
