Back, but it seems everyone I've known is gone.

I originaly joined a ways back, didn't quite meet my goals, but did get where I neeed to be.
Unfortunately, life can throw ya curveballs....
The first thing that happened was that I managed to break my foot in about 8 places, whitch seriously limited my cardio. The second thing, about two weeks later is that my husband was diagnosed with stage 4b Hodgkin's Lymphoma (a form of cancer). He had lost around 50 lbs (its 90 now) and is one of my insperations (sp) for losing weight (I joke with him now that he cheated)... Not to mention he's my best friend. Because of this, we sent the younger 2 (of 4) kids to live with their aunt about 1000 miles away (literally). The Army doesn't leave me time to give the littles what they need (yes, we have the littles and the bigs ), and he can't now, with the chemo kncking him down.
All those things in combination not only have me stress eating, but probably crossed me into alcoholic territory. Lots of calories in rum btw! And I'm very much creating a plan to nip this in the bud.
It's time to dig myself out of this, but I can't seem to do it alone, or with my old patterns of posting irregularly, but not really being a part of the community here. I need to create or become a part of a positive community, that I can contribute positive things to and come cry to when life just sucks to badly. I'm not sure how to do that, though, it's not really a strong point of mine.
Not sure how to end this thought, so I'm gonna throw down a smiley :smokin: that makes me laugh and just post it as is lol!
