20 cal sweet tooth recipe!! (protein packed, too!)

need something a healthy sweet treat? i made these the other day and sliced them into little rectangle bars the size of half my palm...SOOO GOOOD TOO!


Mix 5 egg whites (add in one yolk), 1 heaped tablespoon of oat meal, along with 1-2 heaped teaspoon of 100% cocoa powder (or chocolate protein powder mix) and sweetener to taste. MIX IT WELL, BURN SOME CALS WHILE MIXING ;) Lay out on a non-stick baking tray to form a thick rectangular shape and bake for about 20 minutes.

these are like chewy, chocolate-y granola bars...without the guilt. packed with protein, it could be an after-workout treat!
