Anybody have good tricep exercises? I have tendinitis/bursitis in my shoulder that acts up every now and then so I am looking for exercises that are not too taxing on the shoulder.

I think using a weight holding it with both hands over your head and behind your shoulders and lifting it up would have the least amount of stress on your shoulders0

Reverse dips are pretty good - see http://www.ayeartofitness.com/reverse-dips.html0

my favorite one is to lay on my back (on the floor), hold a dumbell out in front of my face, straight arms. Then bending only the elbows - lower the dumbell to your nose. Then extend back up with straght elbows. Gets the triceps pretty effectively. Some folks call them "nose crunchers"
I don't know how that would feel on your shoulder, but by laying on the floor, it may support it??

This is good. Take a light weight, since you have shoulder issues, and make pretend like you're about to throw a football. Try to keep your elbow stationary. Good luck. You can also youtube those things as well.0 -
I think you can do triceps extensions with or without dumbbells http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/DBTriExt.html , skull crushers http://www.5min.com/Video/Skull-Crushers-Routine-516985296 , tricepskickbacks http://www.5min.com/Video/Standing-Tricep-Kickbacks-516985297. If you have a gym, you can do the cable triceps push down http://beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=829. Or triceps push ups http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEgzumrUC_E. Good luck10
