I lost about 115 pounds over the course of 18 months and have kept all but about 10 of it off over the last 2 years. My original goal weight was 175 and it seemed like once I hit that number I shut down and stopped losing completely. Stalling out for a year or so I gave in and started eating the occassional sugary treat or just generally overeating particularly after a long hard workout.
A few weeks ago I was up to 185 and decided to drop down to 160-165 in an effort to help my racing. I joined here because I could track my weight on my new phone and set a goal of 1600 calories a day. I am now down to 181 as of this morning (2 weeks) and hoping to get down to my goal weight around Jan-Feb of next year.
