I've spent weeks 'creeping' on everyone's success stories and am so impressed and happy for everyone!

I just noticed today that I have a waist! IT's been a week since I was officially weighed and measured, but since then, i've noticed a difference!

A week ago today, my trainer measured that I had lost 3 pounds and 9 total inches. I did not weigh in or measure today, but I've I know i've lost more in my waist!
