Mine is the whole out of sight out of mind like if I am at a resturant with a huge plate of food I will eat it all no matter how stuffed I am.....I usually rectify that now by halfing my portion and boxing it.0

My current afternoon snack is 1 oz Umpqua Jalapeno beef jerkey. 50 calories, 1.5 fat, 8 gm protein. Sodium is high at 420, but that's not the dragon I'm trying to slay right now.
I usually have that and some baby carrots about 4, curbs my hunger nicely until dinner. When I was just having the carrots I'd hit the door ready to chew on the woodwork.0 -

i love beef jerky and the jalapeno flavor is soo good... also the peppered beef jerky. yum.
but yes the sodium is so high. i should just make my own0 -
lots of yogurts are under 150. The yoplait chocolate whipped ones are only 1600
