Change up on Workout

I did my workout today, increased weights on my arms routine:flowerforyou: and now they feel like jelly. I did the workout different, first 5 minutes on the elliptical machine for a warmup then 3 sets of 8 different upper arm reps, then finished off with 15 minutes of elliptical. I understand this a better workout, what do you think?

    Its always good to mix things up. I change my workouts every month. Keep it fresh, not boring and you find new ways to work the same muscles!

    Sounds good... on strength training days I like to do weights before cardio (if I even do cardio at all) so I have more energy for lifting. But keeping your body guessing by changing things up is great!
