How do you eat?

I know this has to have been posted a million times, but I'm just wondering how you all space your meals.
I am more of a snacker. It's very rare that I actually sit down and eat a meal. I eat every two hours, though. Breakfast is usually a 6oz low fat yogurt (love the Walmart brand for some reason) and a protein (usually turkey sausage.
1st snack is either a serving of nuts (almonds are my fav) or some other protein.
Lunch is ALWAYS a salad with low fat dressing and a protein.
2nd Snack is sugar free jello or pudding
Dinner is usually a meat and veggie plate. (sometimes it's a low carb p/b and jelly wrap, I LOVE PB)
Dessert depends on the night, sometimes I have a sugar free popcicle and sometimes I skip it all together.
Just seeing how others eat!

I'm a eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm not kind of person.
When I get up I have water, followed about 30 minutes later by a piece of fruit. About an hour later is cereal with milk. Depending on how much times goes past before I feel hungry I may have a full meal or I might snack. If its only been an hour and a half to two hours I'll grab some fruit and/or crackers. If it's a meal, is a portioned leftovers from one of the weeknights dinners. A couple hours later if I'm hungry I'll grab a sandwhich, usually a thin bagel with turkey, tomato and lettuce, or pbj. Dinner depends on what I'm feeling. Thinking about it, I'm really more a snacker than a meal person.0 -

I eat 3 meals at least 3-4 hours apart. I usually have a snack in between breakfast (10:30) and lunch (2:30) and a low calorie desert with dinner.0

I eat 4 or 5 meals a day. Breakfast is around 300 calories. Second meal is anywhere from 750 to 850 calories. Third meal is around 350 to 400 calories. Fourth meal is 300 calories. Last meal (if time permits) is 250 calories. I don't snack and burn around 1300 calories working out.0

Generally I eat every 3-4 hours (which is about how often I get hungry). If I have a big workout that day, I'll try to eat/drink more beforehand so I have the calories.0

I usually several small meals per day, it's hard though with kids, beacuse the preperation can be tedious..0
