Gyms are nice and fun, but what about trying out something new?
Martial arts are really good at building stamina and helping you lose weight. Best thing about it is that after a while it is not an obligation but a pleasure to go to the dojo and train with the people you get to know there. This makes it more efficient for those who lack the necessary determination but would like to exercise. You no longer see training as an instrument to reach your goal, but as an enjoyable activity.

Aikido through the rolls and techniques helps you train muscles groups you were never able to train before. It harmoniously trains both the upper body with the rolls and weapon techniques and the hip area with the spinning and the seated techniques.

Have you ever tried a martial art? Please leave a comment and share your experience!
