Never heard of that. I'll research it before I answer. Never give an opinion about something you know nothing about.0

In general tea (green and white) have tons of health benefits. But you cannot rely on just having it in your diet to losing weight without: eating right and exercises. Do enjoy Oolong tea!0 -
I love Oolong tea and drink it almost every day. Although there have been some studies that show that it can boost fat metabolism by up to 12% (here is one: http://jn.nutrition.org/content/131/11/2848.long), I wouldn't rely on it as a sole weight loss miracle. I think eating well and exercising are more important. There are a lot of scams online that will try to get you to pay ridiculous amounts for this tea just because it has that "weight loss" association. Your best option is to go to an asian market and pick some up for a decent price and give it a try! The asian market here has an entire box of organic oolong tea for just a little over $1 whereas some of those online distributors will charge you $30 for a 30 day supply. Just something to watch out for!

You can still drink coffee, but go with black coffee, and in moderation. I'm a big tea drinker (green tea, plain) and enjoy the flavor of the natural tea leaves for years. It's great that you want to try something good here.0
