Why isn't sex considered exercise? Just curious...

**How could it NOT be exercise? If "cleaning, light to moderate effort" is listed as a cardio exercise, then hot sweaty charliehorse having sex should be. Tell me I'm wrong?**

    Probably because the calories burned would vary depending on intensity, speed, position, etc.

    I saw a show that said sex actually doesn't burn that many calories.

    But now you all got me thinking about it! I would also LOVE someone to wear a HRM just to see! And then post in forum so we all know. Just put a HRM on and move around like you would. LOL

    Sometimes I wish it was only 3 minutes, but if it's 32 minutes later and I'm a sweaty pig sucking on my inhaler, I would think some calories would have been burned and I should be able to log that on MFP!!!
