I have lost a good amount of weight so far and have just realized that the MFP website automatically adjusts the calorie usage of my exercise according to my current weight. So now I must increase my exercise in order to use up the same amount of calories as I used to when I was heavier. it may be obvious to most of you, it just took a little longer for me to think about but good ol' MFP had factored it in already! Wow they knock me over with how well perceived this website is. Can't thank you enough. But I have to stop now as I have a walk to do, naturally, longer than it used to be!!!!! Thanks from a very grateful and lighter me!

An annoying yet welcome side effect of weight loss! The reality is though, that you have probably a far greater muscle base now and you will use more calories just staying alive! It is great how this site works it through though. I love it. can't beleive it's for free!0
