margarine! i have to get some low cal stuff, cuz generic margarine (one tablespoon!!) has 11g of fat, 200 calories. for crying out loud, BUTTER is 12 grams of fat, and 203 calories! here i was thinking what a good idea it was to replace the butter with margarine....

Salads! Especially if you use ranch dressing (I do).. I'm not too concerned with calories, as I am counting carbs, but it's a little unnerving how many calories can be in a salad sometimes (add in the croutons, nuts, meats and other hearty things that are sometimes found in salads).

    Nutella!
  • My girlfriend's folks brought over some zucchini bread yesterday. Sounds healthy, right? The zucchini is fresh out of their garden. We asked for the recipe so we could enter it ingredient by ingredient on MFP. The loaves are small. 343 grams total. Total calories in that loaf? 12,019.

    12-thousand and 19!!! 35 calories PER GRAM!

She took a couple of loaves into work with her today. Get it out of this house!

Second this. Margarine is oil and long words I can't pronounce. Butter is a much healthier and more natural option.

I don't think you used the calculator correctly.. That would be impossible.
Fat has the highest amount of calories at 9 per gram.. So your calculations had to be wrong. It isn't possible for anything to have more calories per gram than fat does
