Gold's Gym Upper & Lower Cycle

I'm thinking about buying this cycle to keep under my desk at work. Does anyone know if it really has benefits? & how many calories are burned for both upper & lower cycling.
This would not replace any of my workouts or walks, I just hate sitting at my desk all day knowing there nothing I can do to move.
Thanks for your help

Wouldn't even worry about the calorie burn. If it's something that can keep you moderately active during the day then it's a big bonus either way.0
