I feel like I'm eating so much!

You can look at my food diary. I'm eating healthy things and exercising so I guess it makes up for it, but I feel like I'm just constantly eating and I'm not even hitting the calories. You can look at today's food diary for an example. What do I do?!

    You could eat the exact same foods but replace the low cal/fat with regular versions.

    Ditto! It's totally ok though, just as long as you're eating healthy foods and exercising you should be eating alot. I eat 5-6 times a day and sometimes have to throw in snacks between my snacks to make my calorie goal. I swear, sometimes I feel like a hobbit with second breakfast and so on. :)

    The first week on here was so hard for me to continue to eat. Now that I have broken it up into 6 meals a day it works. I am full when I need to be full and I am eating when hungry and with exercise! It is fab, it works and your body will thank you for it!
