What book is this?

Hopefully this is the right place to put this, not entirely sure. My friend told me today about a book that has step by step goals to a lifestyle change. I think she said there were 9 steps, but I'm not sure. I know that the first one is to just do 30 minutes exercise, and the second is to cut out your worst food, and I believe the third is to start counting calories. I completely spaced what she said the name was, so I was wondering if any of you know what I'm talking about?

    There are so many self-help books out there. Try Body for Life that might be it or at least similar in fashion. You may want to try and do an Amazon Search under Self Help, Lifestyle Change, or Fitness and Nutrition.

    I use The Diet Solution. What your describing is very similar, but not exactly the same.

    Thank you both for your replies! My friend got back to me and I found out the name is Never Say Diet. :)
