OATMEAL & CHOCOLATE LOVERS.... :)

Hi everyone! One of my favorites that I can't seem to get enough of is chocolate.. oatmeal or mainly ALMOND BUTTER.. but almond butter is just healthy for you! :) I use the trader joes raw unsalted kind.

Anywho.. every morning for the past week i've been having OATMEAL .. (quaker - weight control maple & brown sugar) it's only 1g of sugar!!! IT'S DELICIOUS.

I recently ordered a jar of PB2 - Chocolate.. it's basically a really healthy, organic peanut butter POWDER (u have to mix water with it) and has cocoa to give it the chocolate flavor.. only 40 cals for 2 tablespoons!! TRY IT!!

So.. basically what I do is have 1 packet of Quaker weight control (Maple & Sugar)..
microwave for 2 mins, add unsweetened almond milk (30 cals for 3/4 cup)
and add 2 table spoons of PB2 chocolate (40 cals)

DELICIOUS!!! just thought i'd share.

or you can replace the PB2 chocolate for almond butter & that is definitely one of my favorites!
