Sorry, no time to work out nutritional value at moment- - got lots of presents to wrap before my sons get home

CAN'T DO IT, CAN'T DO IT, CAN'T DO IT!!!
I love my vegetables, but brussel sprouts I can't do it. Maybe if someone sneaks them into something. Just reminds me of the taste of a nickel (and yes, as a child I tasted nickels...and pennies too)
But thank you for sharing. I wonder if maybe cabbage might work too. Hmmmm.0 -
For 1 brussel sprout (b/c couldn't imagine anyone that could eat more than 1  just kidding, Jackie! My husband actually LOVES them!)

I LOVE Brussel Sprouts too, especially steamed with a dollop yes 1 dollop (1 tspoon for a family of 4 ) and 1 Tblsp water, cover the bowl and steam in the microwave until "aldente" they continue to cook inside for another minute or two so don't over cook. It is a good time of the year here in the U.K. for B/S's yumyum.
Watched a programme on T.V. a few nights ago about people who's taste buds are much stronger and cannot eat Brassica ( Brussel Sprout's, Broccoli, Cabbage etc).
