Not necessarily. You're taking off the same weight that you were taking off before. However, I'm not gonna say either way on this one because it depends on your body.

maybe... i guess it depends on your age/metabolism. for some people it can take a long time, for others it can fall off. It took me about 6 months to lose 34lbs, but it was weight i gained when i was pregnant. you also have to make sure you stick to it and don't give up. there will be times when your tired of tracking everything you eat.
  • the only stupid question is the one you don't ask sweetie...

it may come off easier or it may take just as much work as it did last year....losing weight should never be easy peasy, if you want it to stay off, slow and steady wins the race....good luck sweetie

just remember you gotta eat if you want to lose...mfp sets everyone at 1200 calories bare minumum...but if you figure out what your BMR is using the tools tab...try to eat at least that many because that is what your body needs just to stay alive....BMR is your basal metabolic rate...this is the number of calories your body burns at rest doing nothing else...if you stay at this many calories you will lose weight because you will be at a calorie deficit....try this article too
