Hey all. My running headphones bit the dust (goodbye beloved friends) and I was wondering what all you super sweaty runners like to wear! My last pair was
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015AFOR8/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_3?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B0015AHRFK&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1FT98DMQQNEJJGT5ZYFM
And I very much like the ear style on them. Can anyone recommend something perhaps more durable, but as nice on my ear lobes? I can't do the hard ear buds (like the apple ipod headphones), they hurt something awful.
Your recommendations are much appreciated!

Try the OMX 680 from Sennheiser

Do you have bluetooth? If so, these are great (Motorola S10-HD): http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-S10-HD-Bluetooth-Headphones-Packaging/dp/B004BHCSQC/
I actually have the S9-HD. I guess S10-HD is the latest version.0 -
I use these:
http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR-AS20J-Active-Headphones-Hangers/dp/B0015AHRFK/ref=pd_cp_e_pw_2
They never fall out of my ears, and I think they're super comfortable. They've lasted for several months so far and show no sign of breaking soon, but even if they don't last much longer, they're pretty cheap, so it's not that big a deal.0 -

S10-HD - this. they are great0 -
I had this problem.
I have found that there is nothing better than the cheap $9 ear phones you buy in tubes at the supermarket or Target. They usually come with rubber cups of different sizes. One brand is Skull Candy. They stay in my ear really well. Other than that, there are some Nike that are rigid and sit behind the head, but they are more $$$.0 -
Bump. Thanks! I've been thinking about this lately!0

I think the best ones are the old over-the-top style with the little buds that fit in your ears. Cheap, reliable, sound decent enough, and they stay in place.
I also have a pair that wrap over/around my ear to hold the bud in place. They work too, but I like the simpler ones better.
I've never been able to get bud-only headphones to stay in my ears, and I've tried 5 or 6 different types.0 -
Mine are Sony MDR-A35 - pretty old but similar to this one on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR-AS35W-Headphones-Lightweight-Powerful/dp/B003IP4O10
They are foldable for compact travel, sweat resistant (worn them in the rain too). Over-the-head style but I find that they stay in place perfectly if I rest them on a high ponytail.
Had mine 3+ years with no problems / breakage0 -

Are the ear buds hard? IE will they hurt if they don't fit in my small girl ears?0 -

No, they are not in hear headphones which is good if you run outside, they don't completely isolate the surrounding sounds and are therefore safer to use outside.0
