This is my 5th day and this site is great. I love the support, the accountability and encouragement. Eveyone I've "met" on here has been wonderful and love that I can track on my iphone so I have no excuse for not accounting for everyting I put in my mouth. Love the new people I've met and the friends in my own community who got me to join. This is pretty much a win win for everyone!
