Breakfast Shake Recommendations

I love the Advocare chocolate and vanilla meal replacement shakes for breakfast. They're quick, easy, and delicious! However, they're also pretty expensive at almost $3 each. Can anyone recommend a good meal replacement shake that tastes good as well as being good for you but is less expensive?

    um.... probably not. $3 is actually really cheap for a meal replacement. Anything really good for you will be more than that.

    I like the chocolate royal slimfast and I put a banana in it it gives it a creamier texture
