Jillian Michaels is amazing!!! I love her, I wish they kept the show that she had, wasn't it on NBC, where she stayed and lived with the person that she was helping to lose weight? I bought 30DS and I'm scared to try it, she's a beast!! I think I would die0

I'm doing 30DS at the moment, I'm on day 10 and have lost 6 lb in one week (I know my profile says 4 lb lost but that's because I gained weight after I signed up).
Stats:
Highest weight: 9 stone 10 (10 days ago),
current weight 9 stone 4,
goal weight 8 stone 7.
Height 5'5"
I've lost 2 inches off my waist already (28" down from 30") half an inch off my thighs and 2" under my bust. My arms are getting huge though (in a good way), I've done 30DS every day, and have done Tracy Anderson Mat workout and Callanetics every 2 or 3 days to try and prevent me getting too bulky.
I'd definitely recommend 30DS as a starting point, Jillian is really encouraging, whereas I find Tracy Anderson kind of discouraging with her lack of instruction, and by the time she says 'it should be starting to hurt now' I've already given up and eating cake on the sofa
tonight I have to start level 2 of 30DS and I hear it's brutal, so I'll let you know how I get on. I might post my before and after pics when I've finished the 30 days but my before is so embarrassing.
I've got no more trouble zones too but I'm too achy to work it into my routine at the moment, but think I'll add it in to my weekend workouts once I've finished my 30 days0
